Senior Digital Product Manager – Monitor & Grow (Fintech)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid model with some days remote and some days onsite.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Monitor & Grow customer mission.
• Design post-investment customer journeys for portfolio monitoring, performance understanding, and long-term investment engagement.
• Develop capabilities such as portfolio insights, notifications, watchlists, alerts, goals tracking, proactive guidance, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, rollout, and continuous optimization.
• Coordinate Product Owners, local markets, technology teams, engineering, and senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to improve adoption, retention, and portfolio growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, Strategy Manager, Product Operations Manager, Transformation Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience owning digital products or leading complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital product management and Agile environments, with experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking, execution, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
