What you will do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management platform.
- Develop capabilities for software, licenses, warranties, subscriptions, and recurring services.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, prioritize the Agile backlog, and drive delivery through production.
- Automate subscription and order exception handling while simplifying post-sales workflows and improving customer and associate experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational metrics, and exception trends to improve adoption, automation, and efficiency.
- Lead collaboration across Engineering, UX, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and regional business teams to deliver scalable platform features.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, managing Agile backlogs, and translating business needs into product requirements.
- Understanding of subscription products, software licensing, warranties, order management, or post-sales processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to scope, detail, and prioritize product requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related science or mathematics discipline is preferred; a master’s degree is desirable.
