What you will do

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy for hirify.global’s onsite & distribution vertical, aligned with company goals and global growth plans.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term innovation.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering ownership, impact, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, commercial, and operations leaders to ensure strong alignment and execution.
  • Work with teams from other companies within the hirify.global Group, driving the integration of products, technologies, and capabilities from acquired companies into a unified platform.
  • Use data, experimentation, and user research to optimize ticket purchase flows, event management tools, and fan experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Degree in Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, agile development, and data-driven product management.
  • Strong experience with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms).

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling products across international markets.
  • Background in ticketing, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Experience in B2B2C models, working with event organizers and external partners.
  • Familiarity with payments, fraud prevention, and mobile-first ticketing solutions.
  • Experience integrating products or platforms post-acquisition.
