Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days. After probation, up to 104 remote days per year are available under the hybrid policy.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Use product data and user feedback to identify improvements and guide prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Define technical requirements and oversee the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Manage complex projects, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Proficiency with Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum product development frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and technical requirements definition skills.

Hiring process
