Senior Consultant (Infor FSM)

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite, with travel up to 100% as required by hirify.global or the client.

What you will do

• Evaluate current processes and procedures, then recommend and develop workflow and system configurations or modifications.
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and support client software systems using technical expertise.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product oversight.
• Guide and mentor client and hirify.global teammates while working with project teams, end users, and leadership.
• Document progress, issues, escalations, time, expenses, status reports, and project handoffs according to hirify.global and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, appropriate escalation, organization, multitasking, and ability to meet customer service commitments and project timelines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, maintain schedules and deadlines, adapt quickly to new assignments, and monitor personal work product.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, commitment to organizational values, and aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.

• Previous consulting experience.
