Implementation Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States; hybrid work opportunities; ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead the technical build and delivery of Centrix Risk & Fraud Management solutions.
• Configure and architect integrations between hirify.global platforms, online banking applications, core processing systems, and third-party services, often in Azure-hosted environments.
• Act as the Centrix product expert, analyze client operations, recommend best practices, and guide clients through go-live requirements.
• Assess project risks, build mitigation strategies, develop requirements and solution designs, and support testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Solutions Architecture, Development, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Hosting teams.
• Manage expectations of client sponsors and executives, mentor PMs, and train implementation resources and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in project management or the Financial Services industry, including similar consultative experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
• Knowledge of effective business requirements practices and support methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to work with technical teams and non-technical financial-institution senior management.
• Strong people and teamwork skills; calm, diplomatic, and cooperative behavior under stressful conditions.
• Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to train individuals one-on-one and in classroom environments.
• Commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent written and oral English communication; authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
