Senior Consultant, Advisory (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote, Yardley, Pennsylvania, United States; approximately 15–20% travel or more based on client and business needs.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing solutions, and supporting ongoing needs.
• Conduct research, analysis, and project planning to support business strategies and client objectives.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations related to growth, innovation, operational improvement, R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization.
• Research therapeutic areas, regulatory environments, market trends, business models, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, lead portions of engagements, coach junior team members, and contribute to white papers, industry reports, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, PhD, or MSc.
• Experience delivering complex R&D transformation programs.
• Expertise in Organizational Change Management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, transformation strategy development, and change adoption initiatives.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives across Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Quality, Safety, and broader R&D functions.
• Experience designing and implementing new operating models, ways of working, and technology-enabled change programs.
