Senior SAP Application Consultant, Finance (FICO)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates can be located in any U.S. city and must be open to travel up to 100% as required by the client or project.

Annual base compensation: $114,523–$182,000.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements, workshops, requirements analysis, and SAP Finance solution design.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, present solution options, and align SAP configuration with defined processes.
• Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, project managers, offshore counterparts, and junior consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead SAP Activate activities, coordinate configuration and development testing, and document results before client handover.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, support mitigation plans, and contribute to presales and project discovery activities.
• Mentor junior and associate consultants and provide SAP and business process advisory services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP project implementation experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or in production support.
• 2+ years of integration experience with other process areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Business Process Consultant or in a similar SAP-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and modules, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
