Senior Consultant, Sage Intacct Implementation (Sage Intacct)

Location: Remote; occasional Monday through Friday travel and emergency on-site support may be required.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 base pay per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and participate in Sage Intacct and cloud accounting system implementations for small and large clients.
• Design and configure accounting systems with client accounting and IT leaders to streamline financial processes, protect data integrity, and support compliance.
• Collect and analyze data, conduct client interviews, prepare workpapers and reports, and act as the lead subject matter expert.
• Develop tailored solutions, generate financial and operational reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Manage project work plans, timelines, scope, and budgets, escalating issues when needed.
• Lead continuous improvement, business development, methodology development, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or private industry focused on finance and/or accounting.
• Implementation experience with Sage Intacct; equivalent cloud-based technology experience may also be considered.
• Ability to understand, confirm, and communicate client requirements with stakeholders at various levels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally from Monday through Friday and provide emergency on-site or remote support.

• Experience with compliance or professional standards related to the area of expertise.
