Senior Procore Consultant

Location: Remote; the role is marked as remote.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Procore implementations across Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety.
• Design and deliver client-specific solutions using Procore and standard applications.
• Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope changes, and client communications.
• Provide Procore training and support to client teams while mentoring junior consultants.
• Serve as a Procore subject matter expert in sales pursuits, multi-application solutioning, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional services or private-industry experience, including at least 1 year in professional services.
• Hands-on experience with Procore implementations and a record of successful project delivery in a consulting role.
• Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of construction management and financial processes.
• Ability to pursue additional relevant advanced certifications.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Procore with CRM, ERP, or payroll systems.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions, compliance, or professional standards.
• Training, support, consulting advisory, communication, and presentation experience.
