Senior Specialist, Early Talent Programs

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week onsite and seasonal local and regional travel required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location; incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead early talent programs, including summer internships, recruitment campaigns, onboarding, rotational initiatives, and employee referrals.
• Plan and deliver intern programming such as orientation, senior leadership sessions, workshops, social events, and an end-of-term case competition.
• Coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions, and university outreach.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, Learning and Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to align programs with workforce needs.
• Build relationships with interns, senior leaders, university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Track candidate pipelines, event attendance, participation, and hiring outcomes while supporting scheduling, communications, and program records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, early talent programming, or a related area.
• Experience managing recruitment programs and events from planning through execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidate- and client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
