Senior Consultant - Epic HIM Analyst

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite, with travel up to 100% based on client and hirify.global needs.

What you will do

• Evaluate client processes and recommend workflow, configuration, and system modifications based on best practices.
• Build, test, identify issues in, and troubleshoot client Epic systems.
• Provide project management, project leadership, and status coordination.
• Work with project teams, end users, and organizational leadership.
• Document work progress, issues, escalations, and project handoffs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to clients and hirify.global teammates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Epic experience and 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least one current Epic certification, such as Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, HIM, or Tapestry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing deadlines and client commitments.
• Availability for variable schedules, after-hours communication, on-call work, weekends, holidays, and extensive travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Five or more years of professional experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience mentoring and guiding others.
