Senior Consultant - Epic Access Analyst - Remote

What you will do

• Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, risks, and issues.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Collaborate with project leadership, facilitate meetings, and coordinate ongoing work products.
• Work directly with Epic end users by monitoring workflows, providing documentation, and suggesting optimization improvements.

Requirements

• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one current Epic certification, such as Cadence, Prelude, ADT/Grand Central, Referrals and Authorizations, RTE, Cheers, or Welcome.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain focus on individual tasks.
• Adaptability, professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to mentor and guide others.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Project management experience.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership roles.
