Process Improvement Professional 2 (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Florida, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings, with up to 25% annual travel for training and site visits.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance healthcare program outcomes and operational performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, implement, and track corrective action plans supporting program compliance.
• Research cross-functional inputs, define problems, validate root causes, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Lead process mapping and procedure development using project management and continuous improvement methods.
• Interpret state contract and regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures following contract amendments.
• Collect and analyze operational and compliance metrics, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in quality, performance, compliance, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting operational effectiveness and quality assurance initiatives.
• Project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Tableau.
• Ability to work remotely from Florida with a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually for training and site visits.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare data and risk adjustment.
• Excel proficiency, including macros, pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and charts.
