Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite in Querétaro, Mexico

What you will do

• Translate user needs and pain points into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analytics Business Partners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and other technical experts on product strategy and solutions.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for business requirements, user-story clarification, and team decision-making.
• Support backlog planning 3–4 sprints ahead and contribute to solution delivery and product demonstrations.
• Document, track, and resolve data-quality issues and contribute to data conversion strategy and mapping.
• Analyze business processes, data, and trends to identify improvements and assess the impact of recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Experience analyzing business processes, data quality, and technical or business reports.
• Ability to collaborate with product, analytics, data, and technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a healthcare provider setting.
• Experience delivering high-quality analytics products.
