Business Process Analyst (Power BI)

Location: On-site at the Monterrey Branch in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Analyze data and recommend and implement improvements to streamline Finance operations.
• Design, build, and maintain finance processes, tools, and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and RPA.
• Translate data into clear summaries and present strategic findings to senior leadership.
• Research and implement emerging technologies and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Lead training sessions and workshops that promote team development and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation.
