Sr. Analyst - Client Managed Services (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City, Mariano Escobedo; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with clients to deliver, upgrade, and implement regulatory technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Advise clients on interpreting requirements and applying effective compliance solutions.
• Analyze and resolve system issues while supporting performance, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Design, build, and deliver reporting solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones to support implementations and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or technology consulting.
• Experience designing solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data analysis, or ETL processes.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills required.

• Experience with regulatory or reporting solutions in financial services.
• Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working across global teams and environments.
• Portuguese language skills.
