What you will do

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to create and adjust customer offers in Oracle OCRM.
• Reconcile offer accruals and maintain accuracy and completeness for revenue recognition and customer claim processing.
• Manage offer setup, timing, communication, compliance, and process controls.
• Improve the efficiency of offer creation and related stakeholder communication.
• Support reporting, spend analysis, forecasting, audits, and quarter-end close processes.
• Train Sales and Marketing teams on offer procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or another quantitatively oriented field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and reconciliation of large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse, dispersed stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle is advantageous.
