Business Analyst

Location: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Mexico, or Poland

Salary: EUR gross 3,700–4,300; compensation for other hiring locations depends on location and experience.

hirify.global is delivering a healthcare project for a nonprofit organization that helps patients access life-saving transplants and improves outcomes for people with blood cancers and other life-threatening conditions.

What you will do

• Gather and clarify requirements with Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze system behavior, integrations, data flows, and dependencies when introducing new functionality.
• Explain system interactions and dependencies to stakeholders and development teams.
• Write user stories and technical requirements for backend and UI development, including Given–When–Then acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in backlog refinement and support developers during implementation.
• Collaborate with QA on test cases and defect analysis, and facilitate discussions when changes affect multiple systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on complex software systems, preferably in healthcare.
• Technical analysis experience covering integrations, data flows, system behavior, and cross-system dependencies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, message brokers, event-driven architectures, software development processes, and basic system architecture.
• Ability to work with databases, use SQL for data analysis, and validate system behavior.
• Experience with cloud environments; basic AWS and cloud architecture knowledge is a strong plus.
• English level B2 or higher, effective communication skills, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
