TL;DR
Business Analyst (Java/AWS): Analyzing a cloud-based healthcare application that orchestrates integrations between internal systems and external donor registries with an accent on system behavior, data flows, APIs, message brokers, and cross-system dependencies. Focus on translating complex technical requirements into user stories and Given–When–Then acceptance criteria, assessing change impacts, and supporting developers and QA throughout implementation.
Location: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Mexico, or Poland
Salary: EUR 3,500–4,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Gather and clarify requirements with Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze system behavior, integrations, data flows, and dependencies when introducing new functionality.
- Explain interactions and dependencies between integrated systems to stakeholders and development teams.
- Write user stories and technical tickets for backend and frontend development, including system dependencies.
- Define Given–When–Then acceptance criteria and document non-functional requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, implementation clarification, QA alignment, defect analysis, and cross-team discussions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst on complex software systems; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Ability to analyze integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and cross-system change impact.
- Understanding of REST APIs, message brokers, event-driven architectures, software development processes, and basic system architecture.
- Ability to use SQL and databases to analyze data and validate system behavior.
- Experience with Agile teams and Scrum ceremonies, plus the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English at B2 level or higher; ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
