Requirements

• Professional experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be located in Mexico City or Guadalajara.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with database management and query languages such as SQL.
