ServiceNow Developer

Location: Office in Querétaro, Mexico; onsite and remote work options are stated. Occasional overnight domestic travel may be required, approximately 5%.

What you will do

• Configure, customize, and script ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, service requests, ACLs, and email notifications.
• Design and implement Configurable Workspace applications, portals, reports, views, dashboards, and data consumption processes.
• Perform upgrades, release and patch deployments, environment synchronization, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Gather and translate requirements with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party contributors.
• Maintain system documentation and operational processes while supporting usability, performance, security, acceptance, and unit testing.
• Train users and provide enterprise-level ServiceNow subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including CSM and ITSM modules and portals.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
• 3+ years of experience with Perl, JavaScript, Python, or Shell, including Angular and React libraries.
• Experience with ServiceNow discovery, service mapping, CMDB, relational databases, requirements analysis, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL concepts.
• Ability to support multiple projects, collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders, solve complex problems, and work flexible schedules.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certification.
• Experience with SecOps, VR, Integrated Risk Management/GRC, ServiceNow mobile applications, iOS development, or SOAP, REST, and JSON integrations.
• ITIL certification and exposure to diverse technologies and emerging technology trends.
• Healthcare IT experience.
