Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid, onsite three times per week in Mexico City

Salary: MXN 55,000–85,000 per month plus benefits

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications.
• Create workflows and automations with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, and best-practice guidance.

Requirements

• Hybrid onsite attendance in Mexico City three times per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of total hands-on programming experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with canvas and model-driven apps, workflows, automations, data modeling, visualization, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400.
• Experience integrating Azure services with Power Platform.
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
