Senior Learning and Development Specialist - People & Culture

Location: Fully in-office at the headquarters in American Fork, Utah, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Design and deliver compliant training curricula for new hires, employees, and leaders.
• Develop and facilitate leadership programs for emerging and established managers.
• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System, organizing content and tracking engagement and compliance.
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and align training interventions with strategic goals.
• Create video tutorials, technical manuals, interactive workshops, and learning paths for complex technical subjects.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and improve enablement programs as products and industry practices evolve.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in internal enablement or learning and development, preferably in a high-growth technology or hardware environment.
• Ability to learn complex technical systems and translate them into clear instructional content for diverse audiences.
• Advanced experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable building programs from the ground up.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
