Pharmacy Operations Rep

Location: NM - Albuquerque, United States; flex hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay range: $38,100–$80,000 annually; eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan

What you will do

• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators with resolving claims, pricing, and coding issues.
• Evaluate and resolve pharmacy-related issues with internal departments and external vendors.
• Apply drug information skills to support pharmacy operations and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organization and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related healthcare field, or four years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential.
• Managed care customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
