Clinical Programs Pharm Technician (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote Nationwide, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Working hours must fall Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm EST.

Salary: $40,000–$52,300 per year; eligible external candidates may receive a $1,500 hiring sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls with hirify.global members.
• Collect medication history information and prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews.
• Support prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications.
• Provide prescription drug education and support targeted quarterly health-awareness campaigns.
• Assist pharmacists by confirming medication adherence and supporting patient counseling.
• Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, customer-support, and computational tasks.

Requirements

• Resident-state pharmacy technician license or national pharmacy technician certification.
• Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes.
• A dedicated work area with a lockable door is required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Camera must be on during more than two weeks of training and other meetings required by leadership.
• Willingness to remain in the position for a minimum of 12 months and meet strict attendance expectations during the 180-day appraisal period.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Mail-order or retail pharmacy experience.
• Previous call center or pharmacy-setting experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Problem-resolution skills and experience supporting team-based resolutions.
