Pharmacy Technician, Fulfillment

Location: Miramar, Florida, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding for new One Infusion Pharmacy patients with case managers, nurses, caregivers, and providers.
• Schedule medication and supply deliveries with patients, caregivers, and the dispatch team.
• Collect medical documentation and accurately enter clinical and demographic information into electronic medical records.
• Support medication, supply, equipment, and inventory purchasing, including ordering products from wholesalers and verifying deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and contracted providers while explaining available pharmacy services.
• Follow pharmacy safety, quality, confidentiality, legal, regulatory, and incident-reporting requirements; participate in on-call duties when required.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand medical information and transcribe it accurately into electronic patient charts.
• Experience with at least one patient-care registration or EMR system, such as NaviHealth or Allscripts.
• Strong organization, planning, multitasking, phone etiquette, and de-escalation skills.
• Florida Level 2 background screening required for candidates applying from a Florida work location.
