Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 1400 W Main St, Farmington, New Mexico, United States; relocation assistance is available.

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for other schedules. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based annual or quarterly bonuses are also offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff in delivering appropriate customer service.
• Participate in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
