Provider Engagement Professional - Behavioral Health

Location: Remote office in Oklahoma with frequent travel to providers and occasional travel to hirify.global offices; must reside in Oklahoma

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with physical and behavioral health providers in hirify.global’s Oklahoma Medicaid network.
• Support provider onboarding, orientation, training, education, and communication of hirify.global policies and Oklahoma SoonerSelect updates.
• Respond to provider questions and coordinate resolution of claims, prior authorization, referral, reimbursement, enrollment, and other operational issues.
• Organize Service Operating Committee meetings, regional provider town halls, and training sessions.
• Work with internal claims, reimbursement, and provider enrollment resources to improve provider interactions and network retention.
• Ensure compliance with Oklahoma managed care contractual requirements, including claims dispute resolution timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare or managed care experience working with providers.
• Understanding of claims systems, adjudication, submission processes, coding, and/or dispute resolution.
• Must reside in Oklahoma.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently to providers and hirify.global locations, with daily travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work from a dedicated home workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Oklahoma Medicaid.
• Experience working with behavioral health providers, facilities, or FQHCs.
• Understanding of provider contracts, credentialing, contract language, and reimbursement.
