Enterprise Security Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.

Salary: $235,000–$260,000 per year, plus competitive equity.

What you will do

• Own enterprise requirements from security reviews and sales conversations through design and shipped platform capabilities.
• Join enterprise sales conversations and translate prospect needs into reusable product functionality.
• Build enterprise security and deployment capabilities, including key management, tenant isolation, compliance integrations, and flexible cloud and on-premise deployment.
• Turn one-off customer requests into reusable platform capabilities rather than per-customer patches.
• Work directly with the founders and core platform engineers to implement designs.
• Ship the solutions you design in a hands-on building role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or cloud security engineering.
• Experience shipping enterprise security capabilities and operating multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security and IAM fundamentals.
• Hands-on ability to build in TypeScript and Node.
• Ability to explain designs to enterprise security teams and answer difficult technical questions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable at present.
