Effectiveness in a Remote Environment Training Course Instructor (DOD/Military)

Location: Hybrid delivery at or near Fort Liberty/Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and virtually across the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans for effectiveness in a remote environment training.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual instructor-led training.
• Teach communication, productivity, collaboration, accountability, time management, and relationship-building practices for remote and hybrid workplaces.
• Conduct participant assessments and provide coaching and feedback.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
• Use LMS platforms, audiovisual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Experience supporting DOD/Military sector or civilian workforce training environments.
• Skills in facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• NACI eligibility required.
• Ability to provide both in-person and virtual delivery in the specified U.S. region.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
