Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor (DOD/Military)

Location: Hybrid delivery at or near Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and virtually across the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast region.

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans for Leading Without Authority training.
• Facilitate one-day, eight-hour instructor-led and virtual training engagements.
• Deliver practical exercises and discussions covering influence, persuasion, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and collaboration.
• Conduct assessments and provide coaching and feedback to participants.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in leading without positional authority, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and collaborative leadership.
• Experience with adult learning, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment, LMS platforms, and audio/visual technologies.
• Relevant DOD or military-sector experience is required or strongly relevant.
• NACI eligibility is required.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
