Project Manager (Healthcare Software)

Location: United States of America, remote; field-based with approximately 25% travel and onsite presence required for predefined project milestones.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, document, and execute customer-awarded projects from sales handoff through transition to ongoing support.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead communication with clinical, technical, administrative, and executive stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, progress reports, documentation, and closeout materials.
• Identify, document, and resolve project complexities while assessing and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, vendors, project roadmaps, and customer technology strategies.
• Forecast and manage an individual annual revenue target of $3.5 million.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably with external customer projects.
• Experience leading fully remote project teams and delivering projects to successful completion.
• Ability to facilitate and empower large, diverse groups without direct line authority.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to present effectively to leadership teams, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, information technology, construction, or consultative project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or another industry-related certification.
