Senior Wellbeing Coordinator

Location: Remote, US-based

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annual base pay, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives, including health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, and campaigns.
• Manage logistics, schedules, project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation across multiple client programs.
• Coordinate vendors, oversee live event execution, resolve issues, and support vendor performance management.
• Act as a day-to-day client contact and partner with consultants and account managers on recommendations and follow-ups.
• Track participation, outcomes, engagement metrics, expenses, and invoices, contributing to client reporting and ROI presentations.
• Collaborate across teams, improve scalable processes and tools, mentor junior colleagues, and stay current on wellbeing trends and compliance considerations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or client/account management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented environment and coordinating complex programs or events from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with an employee benefits brokerage firm is preferred.
