Client Service Associate 2

Location: United States; remote work with Pacific Time zone preference; local to Portland, Oregon preferred.

Salary: $62,200–$81,900 per year.

What you will do

• Support customer service and operational activities for client organizations.
• Plan initiatives and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, consulting team members, and other staff.
• Apply relevant knowledge, best practices, methodologies, and tools to client organizations.
• Respond to client inquiries and questions while supporting project deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of similar work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and organization.
• Excellent organizational, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience with research and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, plus advanced database skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting critical deadlines.
