SCIB Sales-Structuring Executive Director (Structured Finance)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of back-leverage transactions in non-recourse and partial-recourse formats.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and manage complex financing solutions for institutional clients.
• Execute structured finance and structured credit transactions across EMEA.
• Apply disciplined risk management, including hedging and restructuring activities.
• Work closely with trading, sales, syndication, legal, and risk functions.
• Lead teams while managing multiple priorities and maintaining execution quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination, or underwriting across EMEA.
• Strong track record structuring and executing complex financing solutions for institutional clients.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with large international institutions.
• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, client-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable leadership skills.
