Senior Vice President, Structured Trade, Global Transaction Banking, Asia Pacific (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the Structured Trade Team Head in providing working-capital solutions to blue-chip clients.
• Lead deal origination, commercial activities, structuring, execution, and facility utilization monitoring.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, credit applications, profitability measurements, and legal documentation.
• Analyze client working-capital needs, manage pipelines, and develop new business opportunities across Asia Pacific and other regions.
• Coordinate deal execution with corporate sales, coverage, banking and corporate finance, global structured trade, middle-office, and back-office teams.
• Contribute to product framework development, infrastructure support, and Global Transaction Banking initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 10 years of experience with an international bank, including at least 4 years in Structured Trade or Structured Commodity Finance, or experience in Banking & Finance at a major law firm.
• Working knowledge of banking and finance law, regulatory requirements, compliance concepts, and financing transaction documentation.
• Agile mindset, strong analytical and presentation skills, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
