Structured Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Research and analyze companies from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives.
• Prepare support documents and client presentation materials for the structured finance team and management.
• Write offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform transaction due diligence and research industry and market data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, prioritize deadlines, and uphold departmental standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
