What you will do

• Lead the Energy Structured Finance and Infrastructure & Transportation Structured Finance pillars across Asia Pacific.
• Originate, structure, and execute energy, infrastructure, transportation, syndicated corporate loan, and debt capital markets transactions.
• Lead client discussions, financing strategy, marketing materials, term sheet negotiations, approvals, documentation, and closing.
• Direct credit papers, financial analysis, financial models, due diligence, sensitivity analysis, risk assessment, and return analysis.
• Coordinate with relationship coverage, syndications, debt capital markets, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio management, including exposure monitoring, covenant compliance, valuations, provisioning, waivers, amendments, and refinancing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, and/or transportation finance, preferably including project or structured finance.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing financing transactions with sponsors, corporates, financial institutions, and/or government-related clients.
• Strong credit analysis, financial analysis, and financial modelling skills, including assessment of complex cash flows, downside scenarios, risk allocation, returns, and portfolio risks.
• Understanding of financing documentation, due diligence, syndication, distribution, internal credit approvals, and cross-border execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with leadership and collaboration abilities; Asia Pacific transaction experience is viewed favourably.
