Medical VA (Virtual Nurse US RN Needed)

Location: Remote, Philippines only

Salary: $6–$7 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and update patient records, medical histories, and treatment plans in EMR systems.
• Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or chat and explain healthcare services clearly.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-up care for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with medical billing teams on accurate coding and billing information.
• Protect sensitive patient information and follow HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
• Coordinate communication and workflows within a remote medical team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with US RN/NCLEX credentials and a California license.
• Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, medical terminology, and clinical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Must be located in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes.
