Dental Healthcare Virtual Assistant®

Location: Remote from the Philippines. Must be able to work at night from 11pm–8am, corresponding to 8am–5pm Arizona time.

What you will do

• Handle dental back-office and front desk tasks, including patient scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Perform dental transcription, virtual scribing, dental charting, and chart management.
• Manage dental lab orders, prescriptions, dental records, referrals, and pre-determinations.
• Check insurance eligibility, complete insurance verifications, and support medical billing.
• Prepare claim rejection appeals and help clients improve workflow and reduce in-room documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of a dental health profession and/or experienced with US dental insurance.
• Strong spoken and written English and proficiency with dental terminology and practices.
• Ability to build rapport with different people and maintain strong attention to detail in written reports.
• Comfort with virtual technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Reliable internet, computer hardware, webcam, and headset required. Minimum internet speed is 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
• Night-shift availability from 11pm–8am is required.

Nice to have

• Registered nurse experience in a dental office.
• Dental insurance verification experience.
• Recommended system specifications, including 16 GB RAM, SSD storage, and 20 Mbps wired DSL or fiber internet.
