Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Medical Documentation)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines. The role requires working from 11 pm–8 am local time, aligned with 8 am–5 pm Arizona time.

What you will do

• Provide live virtual scribing and support medical documentation.
• Handle patient communications by phone, email, and video.
• Respond to inquiries about healthcare services and tasks.
• Gather medical and insurance information and update patient chart records.
• Manage appointment calendars and conduct research.
• Handle medical back-office administration, including fax and file management and transcription.

Requirements

• Graduate of an allied health profession.
• Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines; dual citizens and permanent residents of another country are not eligible.
• Strong spoken and written English with proficiency in medical terminology and practices.
• Ability to work the required night shift aligned with Arizona business hours.
• Reliable computer hardware, software, webcam, headset, quiet workspace, and neutral background with suitable lighting.
• Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps through DSL or fiber, with LTE permitted only as a backup.
