What you will do
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
- Lead global talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, probation evaluation, and offboarding processes.
- Design employee engagement programs, resolve complex employee relations matters, and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Manage global compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Oversee HR policies, administrative operations, budgets, vendors, facilities, and office administration across global locations.
- Manage HRIS, HR analytics, payroll, employee records, expense claims, commissions, and sales agreement administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a global or regional management role.
- Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR technology systems and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
