Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish Bilingual)

Location: Remote, Philippines only; willingness to work EST hours required.

Pay: $7.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Answer phones, take detailed messages, and communicate with patients and doctors.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Translate documents and provide language interpretation when needed.
• Assist with medical billing and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and provide general administrative support to the medical team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• Client-facing or customer service experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience with SimplePractice and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to new technologies and processes.
