What you will do
- Support the Retail Banking portfolio across Internet and Mobile Banking solutions.
- Elicit and represent requirements for complex Internet and Mobile Banking projects.
- Contribute to implementations of digital banking solutions for financial institutions.
- Collaborate on customer journeys across digital and assisted channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Internet and Mobile Banking solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Internet and Mobile Banking implementations.
- Experience eliciting and representing requirements for complex projects.
- Experience in the Retail Banking or Financial Services domain.
