What you will do
- Produce future-state business process models using BPMN 2.0 Level 1 Descriptive standards.
- Interpret functional requirements, business rules, and target operating model components to represent expected behaviour accurately.
- Decompose end-to-end journeys into logical process steps and reusable sub-processes.
- Maintain traceability between processes, Jira stories, system interactions, regulatory obligations, outputs, and procedures.
- Track clarifications and gaps, and support QA by defining expected outcomes and scenarios.
- Facilitate process walkthroughs with Solution Consultants, QA, Project Managers, Business Readiness teams, and client subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or wealth management.
- 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or process modelling, including at least 2 years of hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling.
- Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, or pension products and the relevant markets.
- Foundational understanding of Canadian wealth concepts, including RRSP, TFSA, RIF, and LIF products.
- Experience with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Platform and knowledge of one or two platform functional areas.
- Knowledge of Canadian capital-markets service providers and industry infrastructure, including exchanges, depositories, and custodians.
