Customer Service Representative (German)

hirify.global is supporting a leading outsourcing and BPO consultancy hiring for a global travel and tourism brand.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with booking, modifying, and cancelling business travel arrangements.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, booking policies, and platform functionality.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German at C2 level, both verbal and written.
• Fluent English at a minimum B2 level.
• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or business travel.
• Experience handling bookings, reservations, or travel-related customer inquiries.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and experience with CRM systems or travel management platforms.
