Enterprise Architect II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and refine enterprise architecture strategies across business, application, and technology domains.
• Create TOGAF and ArchiMate artifacts, including matrices, diagrams, building blocks, principles, capability models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Lead and oversee architectural projects, solution reviews, capacity forecasting, and technology end-of-support and rationalization programs.
• Provide architecture consulting, mentoring, and oversight for software integration with attention to data, security, performance, and scalability.
• Engage senior stakeholders and business leaders to define roadmaps, business cases, and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, build proof of concepts, and establish architecture standards, governance, documentation, and risk mitigation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or systems design, including significant exposure to finance and payments systems.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration techniques, and technology stacks relevant to finance and payments.
• Hands-on ability to produce TOGAF artifacts, business capability maps, analysis, roadmaps, and building blocks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Applicants must be based in the USA; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or Zachman certification, or an advanced degree.
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect or ServiceNow APM.
