What you will do

• Define enterprise IT strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums to drive digital transformation.
• Guide teams on best practices across enterprise architecture and emerging technologies.
• Design scalable solutions that balance innovation with practical delivery.
• Communicate complex technical and business concepts to senior leadership.
• Mentor technical and business teams to build capability and resilience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) and Insurance.
• Specialist expertise in Payments processing (ACH, Cards, Zelle, Venmo, TCH RTP, Fednow, Wires, ISO20022).
• Mastery in at least two architecture practices (Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, or Data).
• Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, CMS, RPA, and BI.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
