Enterprise Solutions Architect (Cloud)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and govern enterprise-grade application architectures across cloud platforms, integration ecosystems, data domains, and business application portfolios.
• Translate strategic business objectives into scalable, maintainable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leaders to communicate technical trade-offs.
• Lead architecture reviews and influence engineering direction across multiple teams.
• Produce formal architecture artifacts and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Balance cost optimization, scalability, resilience, identity, security, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
• Experience architecting enterprise applications across at least two major cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architectures.
• Deep familiarity with at least one enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, architecture documentation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certifications.
• Experience with large-scale ERP, CRM, or HCM transformation programs.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA.
• Experience driving cloud governance, FinOps, and cost transparency initiatives.
