Analyst, IT - Training HQ Conversion

Location: Remote

Salary: $64,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Update training content and support training plans, reporting, reviews, and assessments.
• Research and recommend materials that meet team and learner needs.
• Collaborate with trainers and instructional designers to create course content and training deliverables.
• Develop job aids and documentation for internally developed and third-party solutions.
• Analyze training needs and program effectiveness using varied data sources.
• Collect and incorporate client feedback to improve learning experiences and future programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze information and numerical data, identify solutions, and communicate key facts clearly.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills for explaining complex information to different audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, collaborate across the business, and apply agile best practices.
• Occasional travel may be required; the role may involve typical office and outside environments and lifting up to 25 pounds.
